The Min-Cut family of tools is your answer for those odd sized jobs

Min-Cut is the solution for face grooving and turning in diameter ranges of .315” to .67” and up to .217” grooving depth.  The new Min-Cut family of inserts and tools can be used for rotating applications and grooving in deep holes. 

Min-Cut inserts have an internal coolant hole to direct coolant to the cutting edge and are designed to provide uninterrupted chip flow on the insert rake. 

 Min-Cut inserts are screw-clamped into a long pocket with very rigid clamping.  This results in high machining parameters and prolonged tool life.
